Cocoon Modules PC was asked by an NGO to envision their model community “Kallipoli”, inspired by Plato’s “Politeia“, by proposing a complete solution for this self-sustained community including housing, auditorium, schools an alternative medicinal clinic as well as other uses and activities that will be hosted in an area of over 10 hectares. The design will follow the principles of sustainable architecture and energy efficient buildings, resulting to a large number of structures being autonomous.
